MJs was originally Established in 1995 (known as The Workhouse).
We pride ourselves on the family feeling you get at MJs. Our Members are at all different abilities with different goals & get along under one roof! We have all standards from beginners to Pro Body Builders train at MJs so you can be sure we have the best strength equipment in Gloucestershire.
We have a wide range of equipment including: Free Weights, Resistance Machines and Cardiovascular. We also offer Personal Training & Online Coaching.
